Mark F. Lingousky, Esquire
Mark F. Lingousky is a life-long Pennsylvania resident, having spent his youth in the Bloomsburg area. Due to events in his personal life during his undergraduate education at Bloomsburg University, Mark identified the elderly an under-served population and decided to pursue a career assisting them. Upon discovery of the field of law known as elder law, he finalized his decision to attend law school, culminating in a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law.
Mark currently focuses his legal practice on estate planning, elder law, and real estate in a small-firm setting that allows him to create a close relationship with clients. In addition to being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, Mark is also a licensed Pennsylvania title agent. He is an avid hockey fan and enjoys spending time outdoors and reading.
